General Manager

Third Dimension is recruiting a general manager.

This is a full-time job based in Bristol UK, working for a small, dynamic, high tech company.

Responsibilities: Provide leadership and vision to the organisation by assisting the board and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans and general performance

Overall responsibility for operations, including production
Ensure smooth work flow and communications between departments HR management Chief whip-cracker, babysitter and problem solver!

Skills, qualifications and experience
Excellent organisational skils and project planning experience
First rate influencing and listening skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience of successfully managing a team in a similar role
Experience of working within technology businesses
Ideally, degree in science or engineering
Package / location Up to £40K basic
