Oil, Carbon & Opportunity

18 March, 2010 - 13:00

The coming decade presents enormous opportunities for  Bristol and Bristol businesses. The city has to double the carbon efficiency of the city's homes, transport and economy. This means significant new investment and will deliver reductions in emissions of 40% - beyond the national targets - making our city more resilient and prosperous.

Realising this opportunity will involve changes; from the way we generate and distribute energy to how we meet our needs for goods and services in the city. If Bristol and its business sector plan now and act quickly, we stand to be one of the leading cities in Europe.

Join us at this free event to explore how we can realise these opportunities.
