  • I don't use it - how many owners of micro SMEs have time to look at such web sites?
  • the social aspect of the web-site could be much improved
  • marketing opportunities
  • all I need is RSS feeds - I don't poll websites any more

Next question: Should we rename BEN to reflect the increased focus on innovative technology businesses, and/or the coverage of Bath?
